The Volunteers in Mission (VIM) program is an ongoing ministry of the Northeastern Jurisdiction (NEJ). At the outset, NEJ VIM was coordinated by volunteers with Rev. The NEJ VIM Board of Directors is made up of dedicated and "mission passionate" people. Each conference VIM Coordinator is part of the board. The board is joined by persons willing to serve as the secretary and treasurer of the board. The board membership changes as conference VIM Coordinators change. VIM Coordinators work along side many volunteers in their respective conferences to share the mission stories, resources and educate others as how we must reach out into this hurting world with Christ’s love. One thing we do well is stay connected with each other and share information and teaming opportunities. A vision we all share is to keep this ministry alive and strong in our Northeastern Jurisdiction.
